Delivery Service
How long do I have to wait for delivery?
We undertake to deliver goods from stock within three working days. We allow one day processing your order and 1-2days to deliver. If items are unavoidably out of stock, we will notify you of the anticipated delivery date. At certain times of the year, such as Christmas, we may take a little longer to turn round your order, but the delay will be kept to a minimum.
Postal Charges
Postage is charged at a flat rate of €6.50 when posted within the Republic of Ireland. This is tracked shipping with An Post.
Shipping abroad
Currently, we cannot ship liquids outside of the Republic of Ireland. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working to change this so that you can enjoy all Essential Me products no matter your location. If you are within Europe please feel free to order any non-liquid products, such as our creams, balms or candles.
On occasion, we are able to deliver to the UK- notice of this will be made on our social media platforms.
Security
What security do I have for my credit card details?
We use Paypal as our payment service. This allows us to accepts all major credit cards with the added safety and backup of the Paypal system.
What information do you retain?
We do not store your credit card details. We will retain your customer details only in such form as you agree to by asking us to open an account with us. You may ask at any time to cancel the account if you wish.
Returns
Returns are always accepted, provided we receive proof of purchase together with the unused goods including all original packaging, postage paid, in good condition. We will then issue full refund* for the returned goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
*We regret that we are not able to reimburse any postage or carriage charges.
Damaged goods
Please inspect the goods on receipt. Should anything be damaged, contact us immediately. Return the imperfect items as soon as possible so that we may claim from the delivery company. Subject to availability, we will forward replacements immediately.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Gift Wrapping
Your consignment will be presented nicely to the recipient, but you may care to use our gift wrapping service. Please make a note of this when placing your order and add a gift note that will be handwritten and placed in the parcel to the receiver.
Payment
Our on line payment procedure uses PayPal for secure payments and requires the usual information. Please note that we reserve the right to verify the information given, including using random telephoning.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
The information we will collect about you includes:
Your Name,
Address, and shipping address if different,
Phone Number,
Email Address,
Credit/Debit Card details are securely handled by PayPal which means we do not have any access to the card details you enter.
We will never collect sensitive information about you.

Use of Products
